These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the BHOOP BY KK Jewelry website and any related online sales channels operated by BHOOP BY KK Jewelry ("BHOOP", "we", "us", or "our").

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

1. About BHOOP BY KK Jewelry

BHOOP BY KK Jewelry is a business registered in Hong Kong SAR.

Our products are sold through our online store and may be shipped to selected international destinations.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

We accept payment through Shopify-supported payment methods.

BHOOP is not responsible for:

  • Currency conversion fees;

  • Foreign transaction charges;

  • Fees imposed by your payment provider or financial institution.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing information are accurate.

However:

Nothing on our website constitutes a guarantee that all information is error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to the products transfer to you upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, shipping carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Videos;

  • Website content;

is the intellectual property of BHOOP BY KK Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity.
