BOOP KK Jewellery offers a 1-year limited warranty from the confirmed delivery date on all jewelry purchased directly through our official Shopify store.

This warranty reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the integrity of every BOOP piece.

What is covered
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty clasps, weak solder points, or stones loosening due to setting issues
  • Structural failures occurring under normal, intended everyday wear
  • Defects present at the time of delivery that were not disclosed at purchase

What is not covered
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, surface marks, or gradual dulling over time
  • Tarnishing or discolouration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, skincare products, or harsh cleaning agents
  • Damage caused by impact, bending, loss, or theft
  • Repairs, resizing, or alterations carried out by third parties not authorised by BOOP
  • Items purchased through unauthorised resellers or marketplaces
  • Promotional, giveaway, or gifted items unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
  • Natural variations in gemstones, including colour, texture, and inclusions

How to make a claim

Please email us at hello@boopkk.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review your claim within 5 business days and advise next steps.

If approved, the item must be returned to our Hong Kong office. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, in which case BOOP will cover return costs.

After inspection, BOOP will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit equal to the original purchase value if the item is no longer available.

Limitations

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26, Laws of Hong Kong) or equivalent laws in your country of residence.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

All warranty claims are assessed by BOOP KK Jewellery following professional inspection and in good faith.
