Everyday Care

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Apply perfume, skincare, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry
  • Avoid direct contact with chemicals, including cleaning products and skincare formulas
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils or residue
  • Store each piece in its BOOP box or a soft pouch to prevent scratching and slow natural oxidation
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and humidity to help preserve the finish over time

The Boop Clasp

Each BOOP hoop is designed with a precision clasp for a secure, seamless fit.

Please handle with care:

  • To open: gently lift the clasp upward first, then ease it outward — never pull directly
  • To close: align and press until you feel a soft, secure click
  • Think of it as precision, not force — gentle handling preserves both the piece and your comfort

925 Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is a timeless material made of 92.5% pure silver.

Over time, it may naturally develop a soft patina due to exposure to air, moisture, or wear. This is a natural characteristic of silver, not a flaw.

To maintain its brightness, store your piece in a closed box or pouch when not in use, and gently polish with a soft cloth when needed.

18carat Gold Plating

BOOP pieces are plated with 18ct gold and sealed with a protective finish.

Gold plating is a delicate surface layer that responds to how it is worn and stored. Keeping your jewelry away from moisture, friction, and chemicals will help preserve its glow for longer.

With mindful care, your BOOP piece is designed to stay luminous through everyday wear.

Gemstones

If your piece features stones, clean gently using a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately after.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners or harsh cleaning methods.

Natural variations in colour, texture, and inclusions are part of what makes each stone unique — not imperfections.
